Project Manager

(20 hours a week)

Alicia’s “Why?”

  • Provide Redwood clients with a memorable, positive, professional experience in helping them meet their needs. The joy that comes from enabling their fundraising success is not only fulfilling but incredibly meaningful.

  • Provide Alicia with the assistance she needs to make her work life simpler, turnkey, and work to her strengths.

Position Description – Project Manager

The Project Manager does just that – coordinate and manage the operations of the fundraising consulting practice of Alicia Phillips. This includes the day-to-day operations as well as the long-term goals of Redwood. The “daily asks” of this position are:

  1. Is this task (fill in the blank) something Alicia should be doing, I should be doing, or should it be outsourced?

  2. How can I maximize our marketing presence and marketing plan to bring in more business?

  3. Is there a better way to do ... (fill in the blank)?

  4. What can we do to increase our exposure to people we don’t know and continue to contact the

    people we do know?

My vision is that the Manager feels like a true partner in everything from interactions with the clients to meeting our outreach and financial goals. The Manager is pivotal in the creative process, goal setting, and, of course, the day-to-day activities of Redwood.
